I think the city of Albert Lea should clean up the lakeshore on Albert Lea Lake by Frank Hall Park and Front Street. It makes a better view and would be easier to fish from. The city could rent spots for boat docks. And I also think an RV park and campground would be great at the old waste treatment plant. You have the park, swimming pool, bike and walking trial right there now and a lot more.
