As part of the 2012 neighborhood improvement project and state aid street project, the contractor will be milling the edges of the existing bituminous surface in the S.E. Marshall Street area neighborhood, Prospect Avenue and West Clark Street from Minnesota Highway 13 to First Avenue beginning today and finishing Wednesday. During this work, the streets will remain open to traffic but will be marked “No Parking.” The streets will remain “No Parking” until the bituminous overlay has been placed. Tentatively, the contractor plans to have the overlay placed by July 27.
