Amber Erickson and Jonathan Mittag each received a $500 scholarship from Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen, Inc. Erickson goes to the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and plans on getting her degree in animal science with a beef production emphasis. Mittag is attending University of Minnesota-Crookston and plans on receiving his degree in accounting and a minor in coaching. Erickson has worked for Mrs. Gerry'€™s the past two summers, and Mittag has worked the past three summers. -- Submitted
