On Aug. 12 the Rev. Shawn Stafford presents Randi Akemann with a $500 college scholarship from the Hartland Lutheran Scholarship Fund. The fund was established by the Rebekah/Ruth Circle and is supported by the Hartland Evangelical Lutheran Ladies’ Aid and gifts from members of Hartland Evangelical Lutheran Church. Akemann will apply the scholarship toward her studies at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato where she is majoring in psychology. -- Submitted
