Coach to challenge interviews

he attorney for a Duluth youth basketball coach told the court Wednesday that he intends to challenge the interviewing process that led two preteen girls to accuse his client of sexually assaulting them.
Wendell Anthony Greene, 36, is charged in State District Court in Duluth with one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, which included sexual penetration, and three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Defense attorney Thomas Skare told Judge Heather Sweetland that he needed 45 days to bring a motion to challenge the First Witness Child Abuse Resource Center interviewing process of the alleged victims.
