Three BB guns, one airsoft rifle and a box of ammunition was reported stolen from a residence at 328 E. Second St. on Thursday. The homeowner stated he thought people were breaking into his house when he was at work. The items were reportedly recovered.

 

Gas line hit

A gas line was reportedly hit by an excavator at 10:57 a.m. Thursday at 805 S. First Ave., according to police. The Fire Department and Alliant Energy responded.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Gillermo Salvador Fuentes, 35, was arrested for domestic assault at 6:02 p.m. Thursday at 1433 Frank Ave.

 

Man cited after threats

Police cited Italo Gomez, 26, for fifth-degree assault at 9:54 p.m. Thursday after he was reportedly making threats toward another person at 315 W. Seventh St., police stated.
