Police arrested Spencer Adam Edwards, 22, for criminal damage to property and possession of burglary tools at 2:20 a.m. today at 302 Bridge Ave., reports stated.

 

Man arrested for assault

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Rodney Taylor Nolan, 34, for domestic assault at 3:33 a.m. Monday at 75143 136th St., south of Albert Lea, according to reports.

 

Break-ins reported

A sod business was reported broken into at 73763 270th St., Albert Lea, at 7:49 a.m. Monday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

Tools were reported taken from an unlocked shed at 70307 315th St., Hartland, at 1:50 p.m. Monday.

Farm buildings were reported broken into at 29547 717th Ave., Hartland, at 3:35 p.m. Monday, Sheriff’s Office stated.

 

Grass fire reported

A grass fire was reported at 89509 210th St., just west of the Freeborn and Mower county line, at 3:18 p.m. Monday. The Hayward Fire Department responded and the fire was put out before reaching any buildings.

 

Vehicles damaged

A window in a car parked at 805 Lincoln Ave. was reported smashed out at 11:12 a.m. Monday, according to police.

A side mirror was reported broken out of a vehicle parked at 2400 Consult St. at 5:02 p.m. Monday, police stated.
