Linda Ferguson is the featured speaker at the Albert Lea Art Center’s monthly Godtland Lecture Series today at 7 p.m. She has been a registered nurse for 38 years and has a background in forensic nursing, massage therapy and wellness. Ferguson will be sharing ideas for how you can be “Wellthy,” including healthy eating tips and mindful techniques to “be in the moment.”

Albert Lea Art Center’s lecture series showcases local and visiting artists and craftsmen, and include painters, woodworkers, musicians, poets, potters, storytellers, jewelry artists, sculptors and more.
