United South Central’s Emily Mantor placed fourth in the individual cross country state tournament on Saturday in Northfield. Mantor ran a time of 14 minutes, 39.5 seconds.

Clare Flanagan of The Blake School was the Class A champion with a time of 14:04.1.

The top four finishers were all high school juniors.

USC’s other runner, Hannah Goemann placed 24th with a time 15:27.3.

There was a total of 175 girls running the race.
