An employee allegedly stole medication at St. John’s Lutheran Home, 901 Luther Place. It was reported to police at 4:08 p.m. Wednesday. The case remains under investigation.

 

Man arrested for DWI 

Albert Lea police arrested Joshua Adam Cole, 22, for third-degree driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 11:56 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of West College Street and Euclid Avenue, according to reports.

 

Items dumped in ditch 

A fiberglass boat, TV and other items were reported dumped in a ditch near 16610 760th Ave., south of Albert Lea, at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, according to Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office reports.
