Police arrested Spencer Adam Edwards, 22, for first-degree burglary, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct after receiving a call of a fight at 204 E. Front St. at 10:15 p.m. Thursday. Holly Beth Tovar, 34, was cited for disorderly conduct.
