The Albert Lea dance team earned fifth place out of 12 teams in the high-kick competition at the Fridley invite on Dec. 14. Team captains are Christina Schmidt, Angie Schmitt, Katelyn Hendrickson and Taylor Martinez. Coaches are Allison Ciota, Kelsey Routh and Erica McClaskey. The Tigers are back in action Saturday at Belle Plaine. The time has yet to be determined. — Submitted
