Albert Lea High School will be hosting a Red Hand Day on Thursday.
ALHS students and staff will make a red hand print on a big banner to represent their opposition to the use of child soldiers across the world. All of the hand prints will be sent to the secretary general of the United Nations, arriving on Feb. 12, which is the International Red Hand Day.
