Area student named to president’s list

Gina Haukoos of Alden was named to the president’s list at Grand View University.

Area student receives two scholarships

Sarah Estes of Albert Lea, received the Maurer-Seppanen Endowed Scholarship and the Richard Roberts Memorial Scholarship at University of Wisconsin-Stout. Estes is majoring in human development and family studies.

Area students graduate

Daniel Sharpsteen, the son of Pam Sharpsteen and the late Rick Sharpsteen, graduated summa cum laude with degrees in social studies and education from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Nicole Wilke received a Master of Science in marriage and family therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
