FARGO, N.D. — Three dancers have settled a federal lawsuit against the lone strip club in North Dakota’s largest city.

The dancers from North Dakota and Minnesota sued Ferny Properties LLC in December 2011 in U.S. District Court in Fargo, alleging they were owed more than $188,000 for work at The Northern Gentlemen’s Club between 2008 and 2011.

The dancers’ attorney, Leo Wilking, said that the case has been resolved out of court and details are not being released.
