Man arrested for DWI

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Marcelino Ricardo Talamantes for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated at 1:57 a.m. todayon U.S. Highway 65 near Glenville, according to reports.

 

Ticket machine broken into

A ticket machine was reported broken into at Harold’s Bar, 1318 E. Main St., at 9:53 a.m. Thursday, according to Albert Lea police.

 

Dog bite reported

A 7-year-old boy was reported bitten by a St. Bernard dog at 6:29 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Third Street and Newton Avenue, according to police.
