Window shot out of van

A window was reported shot out of a white van at 202 Hillcrest Drive in Clarks Grove at 9:38 a.m. Saturday, according to Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office reports.

 

2 cited for shoplifting

Albert Lea police cited Ruth Obregon, 31, for misdemeanor theft after police received a report of a woman shoplifter at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave., at 11:35 p.m. Friday. Obregon was held on a warrant from Olmsted County for driving after suspension, window tint and no proof of insurance, reports stated.

Police cited Ashley Marie Velarde, 25, for theft of a sweater at Walmart at 6:25 p.m. Saturday, reports stated.

 

Padlocks cut on shed

Padlocks were reported cut on a storage shed at 1016 Madison Ave. at 11:48 a.m. Saturday, according to Albert Lea police.

 

Checks reported stolen

Checks were reported stolen from a wallet at 1011 Abbott St. at 4:37 p.m. Saturday, Albert Lea police stated.
