Criminal damage reported

Albert Lea police received six reports of garages and fences that were spray-painted on Monday in the alley between Pearl Street and Triangle Drive, according to reports. The first incident was reported at 11:26 a.m., and the others were received later in the afternoon.

 

Copper tubing reported stolen

Sixty-eight feet of quarter-inch copper tubing was reported stolen from Youth for Christ’s The Rock, 116 W. Clark St., at 11:57 a.m. Monday, according to police.

 

1 cited for drug paraphernalia

Police cited Maurice Danielle Cobbs, 22, for drug paraphernalia at 1:57 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Washington Avenue and William Street, according to Albert Lea police.

 

2 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Adrial Benjamin Mendez, 20, of Albert Lea, for violation of an order for protection, domestic assault and criminal sexual conduct charges at 2:15 a.m. Friday on the 1700 block of Sunset Street, according to reports.

In a separate incident, police arrested Anuar Ralph McCormick, 32, for violation of an order for protection, domestic assault and obstructing justice at 9:45 a.m. Saturday on the 2300 block of Clayton Avenue.
