APPLETON, Wis. — Two Minnesota women and one Wisconsin woman have been charged in connection with a 2007 shooting death in eastern Wisconsin.
Thirty-year-old Lara Plamann was shot in the head in a shed on the Greenville property she shared with her domestic partner Dianna Siveny.
According to online court records, the 53-year-old-old along with her 34-year-old daughter Kandi Siveny were charged Monday with first-degree intentional homicide and substantial battery. Thirty-eight-year-old Rosie Campbell is charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
A judge set a $1 million cash bond for Dianna Siveny, of Appleton, Monday morning.
Investigators say they believe the three plotted the homicide. Kandi Siveny and Campbell live in St. Paul.
According to a criminal complaint, Kandi Siveny allegedly fired the gun. Campbell was allegedly an accomplice.
