Albert Lea Area Schools and Alliance Benefit Group will hold a panel discussion on the impact of health care reform on the public sector.

Lawyer Darcy Hitesman of the Hitesman & Wold law firm plans to recap the new laws and provide an overview of employer rights and responsibilities.

Gregg Dahlgren, senior director of government and labor accounts for HealthPartners will discuss the impact on health insurance policies.
