YMCA Tigersharks qualify for state meet at University of Minnesota

State-bound members of the 2012-13 Albert Lea Tigersharks include Adam Fitzlaff, Jayna Finseth, Emily Jensen, Jaeda Koziolek, Rowan Kraft, Carter Simon, William Taylor, Emily Taylor, Emma Turbet, Louis Wagner and Philipp Wagner. The swimmers are coached by Matthew Van Fossen and Carina Fitzlaff. -- Submitted
The Albert Lea YMCA Tigersharks will compete at the state meet against 19 other teams from Minnesota YMCAs at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center on Sunday. During the sectional meet at Minnesota State University on Feb. 2, the team qualified for state, as did individuals who finished in the top three.
