Car goes off road near Fountain Lake
Albert Lea police responded to a report of a 2006 Blue Chevy Cobalt driving southbound on Bridge Avenue near Katherine Street that reportedly lost control on a patch of ice and went off the roadway to the right shoulder. The Cobalt, driven by Hanna Jo Keithley, 16, of Glenville, reportedly struck a road sign and was hanging off the ledge of Fountain Lake, according to reports.
House broken into
A house at 604 St. Peter Ave. was reported broken into at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday, according to Albert Lea police. The glass was broken out of both the front and back doors and the dead bolts were opened, reports stated. Multiple TVs and cash were taken. The break-in reportedly took place sometime over the weekend.

A bullet hole was reported in a vehicle at 75351 255th St., Clarks Grove, at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.
