Dr. Ruben Schmidt, 92, of Alden, died Monday, March 11, 2013, at Thorne Crest Retirement Community. Services are pending at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home.

Oswald “Ozzie” E. Swenson, 91, of Lake Mills, died Sunday, March 10, 2013, at the Lake Mills Care Center in Lake Mills.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Salem Lutheran Church in Lake Mills. Visitation will be one hour prior to the church services on Wednesday.
