Dog hunters must respect property
Published 8:56 am Wednesday, March 20, 2013
I would like to offer my apologies to a local property owner. In searching for a lost dog in the area this person and his family were bombarded by people. My wife and I dropped out of the search due to the way others wanted to handle things concerning his property.
If the stories we heard are even half true, he was severely disrespected and his privacy invaded. Shortly after the events that transpired my wife and I were asked by others involved to rejoin the search. We have agreed, but we are doing so on our own and not jointly with the others involved. If any one has seen a 2-year-old black and white Lab/pitbull mix, could you please contact me at 507-383-6414. He has been missing since March 1, 2013. He was being transported to his adopted family when he escaped. We currently have no idea where this dog may be, so any sighting is very helpful, and I assure you that my wife and I will not go on somebody’s property without permission. Thank you.
