SAUK RAPIDS — A court complaint said the mayor of Sauk Rapids had a blood-alcohol content more than three times Minnesota’s legal limit after his drunken driving arrest last month.

Mayor Brad Gunderson is charged with two DWI counts. Gunderson was arrested after he drove his SUV off a street and into a yard.

According to the complaint, Gunderson had a blood-alcohol level of 0.26 percent about 90 minutes after his arrest. Minnesota’s legal limit is 0.08 percent.
