Dogs left at rest area

GLENVILLE — Dogs were reported left at the Minnesota Welcome Center, 10818 Interstate 35 near Glenville, sometime overnight on Friday. The incident was reported to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office at 8:27 a.m. Saturday. The Freeborn County Humane Society was notified.

 

Man cited for drug paraphernalia

ALDEN — Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Jesus Bernal Jr., 22, for drug paraphernalia at 9:26 p.m. Saturday at 142 N. Broadway in Alden, according to reports.

ALDEN — A barn was reportedly destroyed by fire at 66297 275th St. in Alden at 2:16 a.m. today. No other information was available as of press time.

 

Man cited for marijuana

Baron Montero Jones, 30, was cited for a small amount of marijuana at 11:50 p.m. Friday at 134 W. William St., according to Albert Lea police.

 

Items stolen from Walmart

A computer, router and shoes were reported stolen from Walmart sometime between 11 p.m. and midnight Saturday, according to Albert Lea police.

 

Truck rims reported stolen

Four 20-inch truck rims valued at about $600 were reported stolen from 1206 St. Joseph Ave. at 4:49 p.m. Sunday, according to Albert Lea police.
