Interstate Roofing Co. will begin tear off and replacement of the roof at Albert Lea City Hall on Monday, weather permitting.

Along with this work, portions of the parking lot on the north side of the building will be blocked off to allow for equipment and staging.

Beginning Thursday night the east half of the north parking lot was blocked to allow Interstate Roofing to bring in their equipment and roofing materials for staging today. This area will be closed for approximately four weeks.

Interstate Roofing will begin tearing off the roof Monday.

The back entrance and book drop will be accessible by foot only.
