Two arrested after altercation
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested David Darnell Sauter for fifth-degree drug possession and Christin Anne Cram on a local warrant after dispatchers received a 911 hang-up call from the Gopher Stop, 309 E. Main St., Clarks Grove. Reports indicate dispatchers called back to the gas station and were told that an altercation had taken place between a man and a woman.
3 arrested for probation violations
Albert Lea police arrested Erwin Leroy Eckstein, 51, Lacy Rose Carlsen, 34, and Brock Martin Eckstein, 48, for probation violations at 8:59 a.m. Wednesday at the Freeborn County Courthouse, according to reports.
Dog reportedly killed
Albert Lea police received a report that a dog was reportedly killed by a pit bull in a field between 720 and 804 S. Washington Ave. at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday.
House broken into
A house at 615 Pillsbury Ave. was reported broken into at 1:55 a.m. today, according to Albert Lea police. A 52-inch TV was reported stolen.
