Jeffery Allen Gilbertson, 51, died on April 2, 2013, at his boat-home in Marina Del Rey, Calif. Jeff was born in Albert Lea, on March 9, 1962. He has lived in California since 1988. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Montgomery, Cincinnati, Ohio; father, Vic Gilbertson, Albert Lea; sister, Shelley Goldman, Cincinnati; and brother, Sheldon Mitchell Gilbertson, Cincinnati.

Because of his love of animals, especially rescue cats, the family would ask that if you choose to remember Jeff with a donation it be directed to your favorite local shelter.
