Police cited Sophie Raq Erin Au Hilly Lee, 20, for underage drinking and driving, possession of alcohol and a small amount of marijuana at 12:50 a.m. today at 1912 State St., according to reports. Alan Scott Hendrickson, 23, was also arrested on a Mower County warrant and was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. Shalin Ashley Hoelscher, 20, was cited for a small amount of marijuana and underage drinking.
