Twila Weber, 74, Wells

Twila Ruth Weber, 74, of Wells, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at home after a long-term illness. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Deacon Gene Paul will officiate and the interment will be in St. Casimir Cemetery in Wells. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells is in charge of arrangements.
Twila was born May 5, 1938, in Indiana, Pa., to Mathias and Ruth (Bartholomew) Reeger. She married James Weber on Feb. 8, 1958, in Pittsburgh, Pa. She enjoyed knitting, gardening, fishing, camping and crafts. She loved watching the birds and her favorite were the cardinals. She also loved the color red. Twila especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Twila is survived by her husband, James Weber, of Wells; six children, Bonita Gould of Mankato, Deb (Scott) Graves of Alden, Dave (Brenda) Weber of Wells, Nancy (Scott) Jeppesen of Blue Earth, Janice (Mason) Johnson of Scarville, Iowa, and Sandra Weber (Donnie Mead) of Mankato; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her aunt Kathryn (husband Andre) Dermant of Santa Rosa, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents who died when she was five years old and son-in-law, Mike Gould.
