Meet Dick Burrows

Age: 68

Livelihood: Retired.  Prior to retirement Dick built spec homes and did various forms of building maintenance.

City of residence: I have lived in Northwood for four years.

Tell us about your family: I have been married to my wife, Judy, for 33 years and between us we have six kids. Two live in Northwood, three live in California and one lives in Korea.

Why do you volunteer? I volunteer because it makes me feel good to help others out.

What was the last book you read?

My favorite book to read is the Bible.

What are your hobbies?

Carpentry and handyman work.

What’s your favorite movie?

“Grumpy Old Men.”
