1 arrested for drug possession, warrant

Albert Lea police arrested Jesse Lee Tuttle, 24, on a local warrant and fifth-degree possession at 7:26 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Frank Avenue and East Front Street, according to reports.

 

Woman arrested after alleged assault

Albert Lea police arrested Kimberly Mae Starkson for domestic assault and felony assault on a police officer at 7:55 p.m. 119 1/2 E. Clark St. Police also cited Vincent Donelle Hardy and Salim Hassian Counts for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct later in the evening at the same address.
