Burglary reported

A burglary was reported at Wireless World, 140 Bridge Ave. in Albert Lea, at 4:58 a.m. today. According to police the burglar broke out the front window of the store and stole numerous cellphones and iPads.

 

Cash reported stolen

EMMONS — Two thousand dollars in cash was reported stolen from a residence at 72754 State Line Road near Emmons at 1:33 p.m. Monday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Garbage dumped

GENEVA — Illegal dumping of garbage was reported in a Dumpster at 104 E. Main St. in Geneva at 10:20 a.m. Monday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Woman cited for shoplifting

Albert Lea police arrested Tanya Jean Veal, 21, for shoplifting from Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave., at 5:55 p.m. Monday, according to reports.
