A Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea employee was reportedly injured Thursday afternoon after he reportedly overheard a 17-year-old boy having a disagreement with his girlfriend. The employee reportedly tried to get the teenager to calm down when a fight allegedly ensued. Two other employees saw the reported assault and also tried to step in.

The teenager was arrested on charges of fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
