My wife and I would like to offer our personal thanks to Sen. Dan Sparks for his courageous vote in opposition to the same sex “marriage” bill that recently passed the Senate. We know that this was not an easy vote for Sen. Sparks, who faced considerable pressure from both his party and high-priced lobbyists. Only three Senate Democrats voted in opposition to same sex “marriage,” and Sen. Dan Sparks was one of them. Thank you, senator. You got it right regardless of the outcome! Marriage is what it is no matter how the state attempts to redefine it. In the end, the truth will prevail.
