A car fire was reported at 5:57 a.m. today at 2410 Y.H. Hanson Ave., according to Albert Lea police.

 

Turtle causes problems

A large snapping turtle was reportedly causing problems with traffic at 10:23 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Blake Avenue and East Main Street, according to Albert Lea police.

 

Fairgrounds buildings broken into

Albert Lea police received a request for extra patrol at the Freeborn County Fairgrounds after some of the buildings have reportedly been broken into, according to reports. No other information was available as of press time.
