People on federal or state assistance who are in need of a cellphone have another opportunity to get a free phone at 10 a.m. June 20 at Shady Oak Apartments.
The handout is part of the government issued Lifeline program.
Those applying for a phone will be asked to show a government-issued photo ID and proof of a government benefit including food stamps, Temporary Assistance to Need Families and Supplemental Security Income.
People who qualify for free or reduced lunches, disability payments, Medicaid or have a household income at or below the federal poverty level would also be eligible.
Cell phones are limited to one per household and applicants must be 18 or older.
