Nothing says fresh and summery quite like mint leaves. Here is a great recipe that will quickly quench your thirst.

2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves
2 Tablespoons agave syrup
3 Tablespoons gin
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup seltzer
zest of a lemon, lime and orange
Add mint and agave syrup to a short glass and muddle gently. Stir in gin and lemon juice. Stir in seltzer and fill with ice. Garnish with zest strips.
BONUS: Another drink we couldn’t fit into the Summer issue:
In a pitcher, muddle 1/4 cup fresh mint with the back of a spoon. Add one 16-ounce bottle of coconut almond water and
5 ounces of coconut rum. Stir. Divide among four ice-filled glasses and top off each with a splash of seltzer.
