Perry died on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

Perry Wayne Mills was born on June 25, 1954, in Albert Lea the son of Arthur and Lois (Sherburne) Mills. He was raised and attended school in Albert Lea. Perry was united in marriage to Nila Risius on March 17, 1991, in Las Vegas, Nev. He worked for the State Park System, Progress Castings, Enders Tool, Imperial Chemical and Streater. Perry loved the outdoors and any activities such as hunting, fishing and being in nature. He was a member of Pheasants Forever and the National Wild Turkey Federation. Animals were loved by Perry; especially his pets.

Perry is survived by his wife, Nila of Albert Lea; sister, Karen Springborg, Albert Lea; brothers, Art Mills Jr., Ellendale and Mike Mills, Texas; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother-in-law, Richard Springborg.
