I was reading about investigations into armed forces sexual harassment charges. One of the staff sergeants claimed that sex was consensual, but the congressman doubted that a recruit could give consent where a superior was involved. Good to see that a staff sergeant is held to a higher standard than President Bill Clinton was. I agree with the congressman all the way.
