Willis Dudley Jr., 65, Kiester

Memorial services will be from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Edgewater Park in Albert Lea for Willis “Pops” Henry Dudley Jr. of Kiester who died on Friday, June 21, 2013, at his home in Kiester.
Willis was born Feb. 21, 1948, and raised in Bloomington. The son of Willis H. Dudley Sr. and Eleanor Rose Moore, he graduated from Bloomington High School and served in the United States Army as military police.
Willis spent much of his adult life in Farmington before retiring to Albert Lea. He had been employed for 35 years as a maintenance mechanic with the Menesha Co. in Lakeville and was a member of the Apple Valley American Legion.
Known as “Pops” to family and close friends, he was an avid biker who loved to fish and hunt.
He is survived by his children, Stephanie Dudley of Albert Lea, Kevin Dudley of Bloomington and Rebecca (Becy) Dudley of Lake Isabella, Calif.; grandchildren, Robert Kaminski, Justin Dudley, Jacqueline Wooldridge, Brianna and Katrina Dudley; one sister, Sharon (Mark) Swenson of Farmington; brother, Dennis (April) Dudley of Bloomington; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
Willis was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, John Wooldridge; and second wife, LeAnn.
