Annette Marie Bridley, 53, of Emmons was transported by ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea Tuesday afternoon after her car was reportedly hit broadside by another car near the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Sheridan Street.

According to police, Bridley was turning southbound from Sheridan Street onto Bridge Avenue in a 2003 Nissan when she reportedly pulled out in front of a 2009 white Nissan driven by Dorcas Elisabeth Kunkel, 57, of Eau Claire, Wis.

Kunkel was driving northbound on Bridge Avenue.
