3 cited for disorderly conduct

Albert Lea police cited three people for disorderly conduct after receiving a call of an argument taking place near the intersection of East Clark Street and South Newton Avenue at 12:22 a.m. today.

Reports stated Jordan Ryne Papinski was cited for disorderly conduct and domestic assault.

Jacob Henry Papinski was arrested for obstructing justice, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, and Joshua Walter Papinski was cited for disorderly conduct and domestic assault, according to reports.

 

Medication reported stolen

Medication was reported taken from 822 W. Clark St. at 11:41 a.m. Wednesday, according to Albert Lea police.

 

Phone scam reported

A man reported a phone scam to Albert Lea police Wednesday afternoon. According to reports, the man received a call from someone who stated he had won the lottery and wanted his credit card information.
