Albert Lea police arrested Shannon Ray Froendt, 41, on a warrant for felony possession of methamphetamine after a traffic stop 9:44 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Marshall Street, according to reports.

A small shed reportedly caught fire and burned down at 29688 750th Ave., Clarks Grove, at 12:50 p.m. Monday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

Tires were reported slashed on some Ulland Bros. equipment at the intersection of U.S. Highway 69 and West Main Street at 5:46 a.m. today, according to police.

An Albert Lea resident reported a scam through a business claiming to be Cash America at 5:36 p.m. Monday, according to police.

 

Window broken

The passenger side window in a vehicle was reported shattered and a purse stolen near the Blazing Star Trail at 9:01 p.m. Monday, according to police.
