Man arrested for stolen vehicle

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested James Allen Robak, 29, for possession of a stolen vehicle and fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after he was reportedly found parked in a roadway at 2:39 a.m. Sunday.

 

2 cited for theft

Albert Lea police cited Robert Laverne Foss, 24, and Jasmine Annmarie Bauers, 19, for theft at 4:46 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

 

Pop machine damaged

A pop machine was reported damaged at 19499 780th Ave., Albert Lea, at 10:52 a.m. Monday, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.
