When is a law not a law, when President Obama decides he doesn’t like it? No czar system law so he just appoints some. He didn’t like immigration law and didn’t enforce it so he made up his own rules. Obamacare is running into trouble and elections are coming up next year, just push back dates in the law to fit political needs. Laws against using taxpayer dollars for political purposes, he found an easy way to get around it is to give money to California teachers to indoctrinate students to train their parents to like Obamacare. IRS problems? Look the other way. National security snooping? Look the other way. Some day we have to deal with reality that our government is not working for the people but for the president’s political gain.
