Sandwich shop to make donation

Erbert & Gerbert’s will donate to the Salvation Army now until Aug. 11 to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
Customers who donate to the cause will receive a dollar in comet cash to use at their next visit to the store. All donations go to the cause.
“Our franchisees have always been very supportive of their local communities and are excited to take part in our ‘Making a Difference’ campaign,” said Chuck Schwalbe, director of marketing. “We are thrilled to be able to give back and help out great organizations.”
Founded in 1988 in Eau Claire, Wis. and themed originally from a child’s storybook, Erbert & Gerbert’s has grown to more than 63 locations in eight states, with locations ranging from urban centers to rural areas.
