MINNEAPOLIS — The WNBA announced Lynx players Seimone Augustus and Maya Moore were voted in by fans to the starting lineup for the 2013 Western Conference All-Star team, according to a press release.

This year’s game will mark the fourth career All-Star appearance (first start) for Augustus and second for Moore, who was voted in as a starter as a rookie in 2011. This is the first time in franchise history the Lynx have had two players voted into the starting lineup, and just the second time the Lynx have had a player voted into the starting lineup.

As a result of being the 2012 Western Conference Champions, head coach Cheryl Reeve will coach the Western Conference, joined on the bench by assistant coaches Jim Petersen and Shelley Patterson. Head athletic trainer Chuck Barta will handle training duties.
