The Southern Minnesota Parkinson support group will meet at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Albert Lea Senior Center in Skyline Plaza.

Joan Brandl, the information and referral coordinator of Minnesota for the American Parkinson Disease Association will be speaking. Brandl has been in the health care industry for more than 30 years and with the American Parkinson Disease Association for 2 1/2 years.

Anyone touched by the disease is encouraged to attend and learn more about an organization that supports care, research and education.

The Southern Minnesota Parkinson support group meets the fourth Tuesday of the month.
